Esteban combines his knowledge in economics and law to advise our clients in ​​the competition area, he is regularly involved in obtaining approvals from the competition authorities, in investigations led by the control authority, in litigation and preventive due diligence processes, particularly in matters related to mergers and commercial practices.

In the areas of competition and banking, Esteban specializes in sponsoring cases before the control authorities (competition and financial) and in representing clients in litigious causes before the administrative dispute court.
