Priscilla focuses her practice on corporate, banking, communication and conflict resolution issues.
Her experience in the corporate area includes comprehensive consulting, contract development, representation before the control entity and management of conflicts between shareholders. She has collaborated in several due diligence processes for the purchase or sale of companies and in banking law she provides consultancy for the granting of credits.
Priscilla actively participates in the design of practical and effective strategies to resolve conflicts through alternative means such as negotiations, transactional agreements or mediation. She also offers support at all stages in administrative procedures, litigation and local arbitrations.
She collaborated in the resolution of a dispute in the amount of USD 41’500,000.00 and was part of the team of local lawyers for the granting of the largest amount of credit delivered by the Inter-American Development Bank in Ecuador. She advised the media about regulatory aspects derived from the Communication Law and designed creative strategies for the defense of clients in administrative procedures where the sanctions imposed by the supervisory authority were successfully challenged.
